Yes. BellePilot runs on the web and can be installed to your phone’s home screen so it opens like an app. The app lives at app.bellepilot.com.
Can clients use BellePilot without an account?
Yes. Clients use your public booking profile to browse services and book appointments without creating a BellePilot account.
Can I use my own branding?
Your booking profile can use a cover image, profile image, business name, tagline and theme. If you skip the profile image, BellePilot creates a simple monogram automatically.
Will I get alerts for new bookings?
You can opt in to browser push notifications on supported devices, including the installed BellePilot app.
What happens after 30 bookings on the free plan?
The Starter plan is intended to include up to 30 online bookings each month. Paid-plan billing and automatic plan limits are still being introduced during beta, so current beta users are not being charged yet.
